Only thing I didn’t like was the room down the hall from us was going in and out slamming the door from about 11:00 pm til 1:00 am. I know that’s not the staffs fault but that’s the only thing I didn’t like

The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge, coffee maker, 2 bottles of water. Lighting was good, space adequate.
Bathroom, no shower curtains, unable to get hot enough water in tub to take a bath. No extra roll of toilet paper and no kleenex. The sink is in need of replacement, works OK but in dreadful condition. room 244. Desk chair very unuseful, a regular chair would be adequate. When making the reservation on line, I requested a shuttle ride to the airport. My on line reservation seemed to confirm this, but upon checking in, I found that there was no free shuttle ride or one at all. I booked through an on line company and not the hotel.

The check in was pleasant especially the lady (name starts with N ) she was pleasant and helped from picking up my call and discussing the availability of the rooms + checking me in later
