It had 4 walls
The first room I was put in had leak coming from the ceiling. After I was moved I heard shouting and glass breaking coming from the room next to me. After things calmed down and the police left there was a trail of blood in front of my door that didn't get cleaned until the next day. At no point did any staff check on me after this incident.

Nothing. It didn't have heat and there was a water leak in my bathroom and then I had to use their towels to clean up the water that could consistently leaf on my floor which they refuse to look at and then there was stains on the towels and they refused to give me my deposit back because of it. Sounds really fair right?
My mother has cancer and is blind whom I take care of on a day-to-day basis and they couldn't even provide me with a room that had heat. So I had to have my friend bring me a space heater just so that my mother and I didn't have to sleep with icicles on the inside of the curtains

The stuff we’re apostle horrible, they said they had no rooms then when I said I had a reservation they said okay we have many rooms available, then when I should them my dogs service ticket they didn’t accommodate it and said they are going to charge me for him , then when I said fine I’ll pay it it’s not a big deal they proceeded to charge me double for the room not the dog and I said why and the man manager said Thats just how it is ……… run away from this place before u waste … I talked to people there and they were all mad , one guy was waiting for two hours at the front desk for him and another couple ended being charged for leaving a stain on the towel for $50 and I just knew it was a problem so I went to go leave and the manger wouldn’t give me my bank cards or my id when I said no I’ll leave , very uncomfortable and unprofessional
