The location was convenient but a bit noisy. The bed was comfortable. The large soaking tub was delightful.
There was no hot water on the last day of our stay. The staff said we would be compensated by 50% discount for that day but since we paid in advance, I have seen no adjustment on my credit card and it was a disappointment not to be able to soak in that big beautiful tub. Also, the continental breakfast was mediocre.

Loved everything about our stay. Location is incredible - 1 block from great shops and restaurants. A short walk from downtown. The staff was great! The rooms were large and the tub was HUGE!!

Convenient to get a last minute booking. Convenient location. Fairly quiet.
Breakfast was well-intentioned but so impersonal. I was unable to get a wedge of lemon for my tea - I know it sounds trivial - but the employee I asked did not know what a "wedge" was! I object to that air of "indifference." Room was good but nothing luxurious. My rating for cleanliness came from the water stain marks on bathroom counter and dust. When I checked in, there was a maintenance person very concerned about lack of hot water - said water was just back on and would be brown at first. The staff member on check-out was friendly and warm I appreciated that. My point is that the experience was far from luxurious considering the price. People staying for special occasions may have differing perspective.

The location cant be beat. We were able to walk to shopping, sightseeing, and for dinner. The fireplace in our room was so cozy. The blackout blinds and comfy bed led to a long and restful sleep.

Super classy boutique hotel. Clean comfortable rooms and an awesome location Definitely buy the parking when you get there. It makes this place an excellent place to stay. The breakfast salami and cheese dish was such a noice touch !

The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Easily one of the best nights sleep that we've had during our three week trip. Location was perfect, accessibility to great walks and good restaurants. The hotel offered the use of free bikes which was an added bonus and we easily got on to a very safe cycle path alongside the river. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful.
