The staff were all very pleasant and genuinely helpful. Very quiet. Food was outstanding from breakfast, though Happy Hour, to dinner. In short, the best way to describe a stay at the Kensington is that it is "quite civilized".

The hotel was very well appointed and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed happy hour martinis ,delicious duck wings and goats cheese dip !
