Good sized room (two doubles), great sized bathroom. Friendly staff, especially at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious - it was included with our booking, which meant a plentiful credit to use on the a la carte menu.
Pool, whirlpool/hot tub and steam room on 18th floor.

The hotel is beautiful. Clean, nice room and great location.
We were quoted a price at 309 plus fees. When we arrived and paid, we were charged 450 dollars and had to pay for parking. The hidden fees were very frustrating. Just put it on the site.

The location was excellent, the room was clean and nice
The pool is quite small and the parking is very expensive. I would expect a hotel to provide free parking for its guests, or at least provide a discount

Unfortunately I was charged extra for breakfast although it was included, management did a poor job accommodating and I still had to pay.

Clean facility and good side room
Stay there with 3 young kids. Could no sleep until 3 am since a night club is located right across the street. Large noise from bystanders, police cars etc.

Tv was big, bed comfy , bathroom mirror had a light and clock
The dinner room service was quite tasty and large portions
Front desk were not very warm. Didn’t even say thank you/bye at the end of the check in.
The ‘filtered’ tap water was absolute gross , tastes so bad
Rooms were renovated which is nice but felt cheap especially bathroom

It's very clean and close to all amenities at downtown. The foods at Thompson Restaurant were also amazing; esp the servers were very polite and accomodating. It was a super smooth and fast check in and check out too. I noticed that most of the front desk and hospitality staff are Filipinos---OMG! They are very polite, respectful and accomodating! There were also other asian and caucasion staff---my Goodness! They were all amazing! I love the diversity in this company! My family had a great stay for a week! Will be now a Hyatt loyal customer! Kudos to the whole team!

Location was good, rooms clean, reasonable washroom. It was okay hotel, no major complaint. Good for work, but as I was for vacation, I expected bit more considering the price point & review.
The facility looked bit old, and breakfast option was minimal
