Very modern and spacious room and bathroom. Air-con was quiet which we valued. Parking easy but expensive. Good downtown location but the area is a little dead on the weekend when lots of things are closed.
Parking was pricey given there are many cheaper options in the city.

The room was spacious, and the hotel's location was ideal for us. It's a mere 3-minute walk to the Calgary Tower and surrounded by numerous restaurants. We recommend Major Tom for an excellent steak and a breathtaking skyline view from the 40th floor. Additionally, both Princess Park and the Calgary Central Library are within easy walking distance.
There were two things I didn't like in the room. First, the light switches were confusing. There were many small lights and different switches. The bathroom had two or three switches just for the lights. In the main room, there were many switches, and they were all over the place. Second, I had trouble with the window blinds. The main blinds were made of paper and there were wooden blinds in front of them. I found it hard to use these blinds and was worried about tearing the paper ones. So, I used the wooden blinds most of the time. But, they were hard to open and close and didn't block out the light well. This meant the sunlight woke me up early in the morning.

Valet was very good and easy. Room was one of their nicer rooms; it was very spacious and just a great experience overall.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and service very good.
Just a little glitch at the bar. We went for a drink before dinner and after waiting 40 minutes, we gave up and headed over to the restaurant we had reserved. I dont think anyone is to blame, perhaps a staffing issue combined with unexpected business from a convention in town.
