All staff werevvery accommodating and helpful. The concierge, Gem, helped find great places to eat and things to do. The room was spotless and nicely furnished. The location was right across the street from the Calgary Tower and a short walk to 8th Avenue SW which was a pedestrian mall with restaurants, shops and such.
Could have a few more lights and outlets in the room.

The location was great and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating.
The bathtub needed some help, you can tell it needed some upgrades as it dropped for about an hour after turning the water off.

Aside from the construction that is not their fault it was AMAZING. The staff were absolutely a delight. Valet parking was such a blessing. Spa was great. Front desk was my favorite. I wish I could remember the persons name but he is from Brisbane and what a delight!!!!! Turn down was so appreciated as well
Website should provide better instructions how to deal with the construction. It took 2 turns around the block but all in all I made it and it was worth it

What a phenomenal experience for our first ever night in Calgary. The level of service from the staff of Hotel Le Germain could not be higher. We had warm, helpful, and true human interactions with utter professionals in hospitality. Our room was gorgeously appointed, exceptionally clean, and the linens were top quality. We are next door at Charcut and had a wonderful meal and experience, so I'd highly recommend that as well. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Calgary at this point, and am greatly looking forward to returning this spring. Thank you to the staff of Hotel Le Germain! You made us feel important.

Rooms are very comfortable,clean, and relatively quiet given the central downtown location. The restaurant in the hotel, Charcut, is amazing - you could eat there almost every day! The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodates you where they can.
The hotel has zero parking - zero. They say they have parking in an underground facility but there are maybe 10 spots for the entire hotel and they are always full. Valet parking is $50/day which is outrageous. You should assume there is zero parking space available at the hotel. Plenty of public parking within a block or two. The wifi is terrible, flipping on and off every few minutes and when it is working, it isn't very fast.

Superb hotel, modern but with a touch of classic. Amazing location and super friendly personnel! The location is also absolutely convenient- walking distance from all the nice places. Loved everything about this hotel, we’ll definitely come back here.

KING BED WAS AWFUL!!!! Zero stars. What used to be an amazing place for comfortable sleep has gone downhill on comfort.
Asked for a city view — my view was the building beside us and a back alley.

Beautiful hotel and our stay is always such a wonderful experience. The luxurious room design is sleek, modern and cozy. The staff is amazing, personable and pay attention to detail. Well done ! Beds are very comfortable, Nespresso coffee maker in room, robes, beautiful bathroom. We live in Calgary and frequent this hotel several times a year for a staycation !
There is nothing I do not like about Le Germain but the road construction never seems to be done around this area. I feel bad for downtown businesses due to this. It looks terrible and causes so much traffic congestion for customers.
