The cleanliness, hottubs and shuttle. Most everything was fantastic.
The hotel did not have any real gluten free options. Given the location, without a car, it meant no dinner/breakfast for me.

Honestly there is nothing that comes to mind. If I were to get real picky it would be when the maintenance staff was doing some repairs by our room. However it was 10;30 am so we were already awake.

Good location for our entertainment plans, comfortable room.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Shower in bathroom was a little hard to figure out but it made for some good laughs.

Room was very clean and modern. The bathroom even had a TV in it LOL Restaurant had excellent food & drinks . Staff was exceptional. Shuttle was on time and a very nice driver. Will definitely be back

Very clean, loved the shower, and near the Casino which was nice
Elevators were slow and there is only one. Long hall way to walk to the room.

Short, pleasant, easy shuttle from & to YYC. Comfortable king bed. Room darkening curtains. Clear, helpful desk staff.
The only - minor - drawback was less than intuitive tub/shower controls.
