Good location for business on McLeod trail. Some staff were very friendly, others weren't.
The breakfast included with the meal was not great. Scrambled eggs seemed to be some kind of mix and tasted artficial..

Nothing good. Everything was bad.
The room was very noisy. During the day, we had to endure the noise from the construction outside the hotel and at night, we had to endure the noise from the next room (even heard their chat). We were woken up at 3am and after calling the hotel front desk to complain, we could still hear the noise from the next door at 4am. Doesn't this hotel have quiet time? I couldn't rest during the day and night. The terrible conditions forced us to leave the hotel at 5:30am. The sliding door of the toilet was very difficult to open, especially after washing hands. As a top level member who spent more than $20000 on booking.com, this is my worst experience ever.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge with clean sheets and was really comfortable also. Breakfast and dinner were both really good. There were robes and slippers available to use during our stay and fresh makeup wipes in the bathroom each day which were really nice touches.

The property was too far away from the airport .The website for booking .com stated they had an airport shuttle.It needed to be booked ahead and for our family it would have cost over$150.The hotel is very nice and staff very accomadations.We were granted a late checkout.

Hotel has regional flavor in the decor, very modern, and an attractive lounge area.
Location is far from downtown; requires car or taxi. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity. I believe there is a mall not far. Breakfast was just adequate, buffet with tasteless scrambled eggs, no menu.
