Location is great! lots to do around the hotel. Downtown core is a quick walk, great resteraunts, and great views from the upper floors. The spa services were nice, front desk staff were awesome!
Room is showing its age in places, some places need touch up paint, vents could use a cleaning. Bed was not overly comfortable. Getting to the pool was kind of a pain, full of kids, not welcomeing if your looking for a place to sit and unwind.

Hotel staff were friendly. Location to restraunts and pubs was nice.
Pool could have some adult time instead of kids and teens all day. Room was showing its age around tub, paint peeling alomg the ceiling, vents are dirty, and the fixture is not solid and hard to turn on and off. Mini fridge door drags on the carpet. No chairs on the patio.

The waitress at your hotel restaurant was very annoying. She kept interrupting me and my son during our conversation. It was constant

Amenities were very nice, brunch was excellent. Location was great.
The king size bed was hard as a rock, had a horrible sleep. For this reason I probably would not stay at this property again.

Location and modern and clean room
Our room faced the back alley and though the property was extremely quiet, a couple morning truck deliveries (before 7 am) did wake me. The hotel does have white noise machine and earplugs, but I’m a relative light sleeper.

location
bathroom grout was mouldy, bedframes were worn out and delaminating... the building has so many good things but the rooms are really tired looking and needs to be refreshed in areas. (been there twice now and meh)

The pillows were super flat with very little support. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom upon arrival that were not ours. The room had some on wear and tear and could use an upgrade. Tv was small especially for the size of the room.
