Rooms are quite dated. Mattress was comfortable but the bed frame itself was torn on every single corner it seems. Bathrooms super outdated. For a “Luxury Room” there wasn’t anything luxurious about it especially the bathroom.

We were greeted by a lovely front desk employee and I really wish I could remember her na,e. She was very polite, smiling and treating us amazing!! Very friendly. I had my dog with me and she gave her attention and provided us with a little treat bag (which was super cute!). The room is small but it's perfect for a what is needed.
I needed some ice and the ice machine definitely needs some cleaning. It had some black stuff coming out from it so I had to go downstairs to request for ice. A good upgrade on the machine would be ideal.

They took away happy hour at the pool side. Not a good move on their part. Glass area for bathroom offers no privacy. Only one bathrobe in room. Had to go ask for another.

Wonderful
The King Suite was beautiful and spacious with a nice view of downtown. A really quiet floor which was nice and extremely clean with everything I needed such as coffee maker, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and lovely soaps and lotions.
The room was very cold but I could turn up the heat with the thermostat so not too big of a deal.

Wonderful
Many things in Calgary where walkable from here. Nice, clean room. We've liked the included parking options, both over- and underground, with easy access and the ability to leave when we wanted. Staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful when we've checked in and out. There's great food options around.
We didn't like the "glass door" bathroom our room provided too much.

The hotel was centrally located and the staff were very pleasant.
The parking was very awkward and at times dangerous. We used the valet parking and were told the vehicle would be 5 to 10 minutes, 30 minutes later we came to the lobby to find that the driver was not even on site. I ended up going into the parking area myself to get the vehicle to make it to our event on time. The pool area was crowded, and it did not feel welcoming. We felt hurried to get there and hurried to get out. The area outside was under construction, so it was noisy and was inconvenient for walks. One night we ate at the connected restaurant, and we felt like the staff were wanting to get us out as quick as possible, so they could go home.

The location was great, the hotel was modern and clean, and the staff were excellent.
There were little things about the room that somebody with an eye for detail could have fixed, mostly just small fixes and also didn’t enjoy that there was no bathroom fan.

The bathrooms are not private - there’s a glass wall between the bed and the toilet where you can see the shadows of the other person using it.
