The pool area was nice.
The rooms were not sound proof at all. When a very drunk man was fighting in the hallway, I had to go down through the altercation where I was threatened by him using sexually aggressive and insulting language. The staff at the desk barely seemed concerned. The poor security guard was left to deal with him by himself and the drunk guy was much bigger than him. When I went back down to the lobby the drunk had left his room again and was passed out in the elevator. He got up stumbled passed me while verbally assaulting me again (now I was by myself). I notified the desk again, and didn’t see him when I went back up. The next day, I had to go down and ask to be moved to a different floor even though the staff was made aware of the incident from the previous night. If this wasn’t a hotel that charged a premium and is supposed to be prestigious in town I wouldn’t expect anything but when you are touting your establishment as one of the best in Calgary maybe your service should reflect that.

From checkin to checkout everyone had their customer service hat on. Clean rooms, modern amenities and great pool and restaurants....we really could have just stayed in the facility.solid 9 out of 10. I rarely give a 10.
Not much, maybe one or two more luggage carts...hard to find at checkout. Touched base with front desk on maintenance issues that could be handled after we left.

The place is phenomenal, and the staff were superb. A big shout out to the front desk staff named Cameron, he is a wonderful guy, help on on everything from inquiry to procedure on how to do things. He is an awesome guy. Also, there is a big shout out to our server at the pool, I think her name is Bella. She is a magnificent server, not only to us but to all guests on the pool, doing multi-tasking things and taking notes while doing that. She makes sure her guests are satisfied. We will definitely come back to this hotel, worth spending money and a very pleasant ambiance.

Comfortable hotel, good location. Staff were good. Taxi service available right outside the hotel. Overall, it was quite nice but a little expensive.
