The staff were super friendly and efficient
We only ate snacks from the bar but they were very nice
Location is excellent
The bathrooms seem new and very spacious
The beds and pillows are very comfortable
The windows and external balcony doors are old and provide little sound proofing, especially from the external demolition work!
The fridge in 1 room was broken thus very noisy
The air-con is noisy
Our rooms on the second floor were next to the external air-con motors, thus constant noise
The gym is on the second floor so weights being dropped on the floor woke us at 6am
Told we had to run taps/water for a minute (was more like 2 minutes) for hot water
The safe in 1 room was not fixed to the wall or floor
A lock/catch on 1 room door was broken so offered no security
Rooms advertised with a pool view, but the view was the outside of a noisy inflatable cover.

Everything. We arrived at 11am and they allowed us not only to check in hours early, but she immediately upgraded our room. The pool happy hour was so lovely. The staff were courteous at every turn. We were across the street from amazing restaurants. The room was comfy and clean. We will be coming back 100%.

Relaxed friendly place, nice big room, very clean. Good downtown location. Had a little trouble with room temperature and next room noise but staff solved quickly and cheerfully. Pool area a bonus although we didn't use it.

Location, design, facilities were beautiful and clean.
The Yellow Door restaurant- portions were tiny and over priced. Food was not great. Was hoping for more of a fine dining experience.
