great location! loved the breakfast buffet ! very comfy beds ! front desk awesome.
the rooms were a bit worn. shower was a little sub par. fan cover in bathroom was hanging down, drain in shower was plugged.

Spacious room, confortable bed.
Walking distance to the centre of Calgary.
Beautiful hotel.
Too noisy. Not soundproof.
We could hear every person walking in the corridor as well as cars outside.

The outdoor pool is fantastic, poolside drinks and food. Such a vibe on a sunny summer day! The hotel is quite luxurious all around!
Construction during the stay limited use of the balcony that would have had lovely views!

Location was good, right next to everything you need.
Room was dirty, dusty. Air con loud and vents dirty. Bed was ripped. Carpet stained. Door lock didnt work properly. We left feeling dry and a bit unwell. Upon me advising this at checkout they refunded the small $90 fee wed paid to upgrade the room from what we originally booked, but were not willing or interested to do anything else simply because wed booked using booking.com. (They offered a food voucher, but we wont be returning so thats no use). Wouldnt recommend.
