Gorgeous Breakfast daily with extras added if there wasn't what you wanted. There are two other restaurants in the hotel and they serve awesome food including steak. I lost my passport during the week and the desk staff did everything in their power to find it and they did! Thanks to the staff and especially the desk at Homewood Suites! The kitchen had everything necessary for a group to eat. Could cook a whole meal there.
The bed could be updated and the heating system was a bit noisy. However the room was on the twelfth floor and the view was great. The other side of the hotel had views of the Public Library with the mountains behind.

Location in a rough part of town. Homeless and people high on drugs surrounded the area. Security was seen everywhere though

I loved the welcome I received at the front desk. The staff was so positive and friendly. I loved the spacious room, I honestly wanted to stay longer it was such a relaxing space. I really appreciated the personal touch with my name on the tv screen when I entered the room.
The parking was not included.

we were there Christmas Eve so a lot of stuff was shut down, but the staff was so friendly and fun. they gave us recommendations on where to get some food and we went off on our journey. We were there for two nights and we’re very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff again was super kind and was able to do a special request due to dietary needs.

Perfectly situated in downtown Calgary with easy access to transportation shopping and the National Music Centre, Studio Bell.

Honestly its the 1st time in my life that i runaway from a hotel . Very unsafe area , crowds of homeless drug addicts around the building. Not safe to park in the public parking as its risky to pass by , Hotel it self is outdated from the 60s in my opinion ( no one knows how old it was). The curtins and shear so dirty and turned from white to gray becouse it was never cleaned . Everything is sooo soo old and over used . Bedsheets so cheap and not even cotton. The AC. Older than my age with very loud sound . I could not sleep in this place and early in the morning i ran away

Unfortunately the property is located near a homeless/drug facility. Several very drugged up people as we walked to near shops. Police were constantly picking up people or reviving them. Not the safest
