Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Parking charges are daylight robbery, luckily there is a cheaper public parking lot across the road (provided you feel safe enough to leave your car). Unfortunately location is central but constant group of unsavoury individuals camped out front at all times (it’s next to a Tim Hortons which seems to attract them). The breakfast buffet is the worst one we had on our trip - not a lot of options, everything had run out, they even ran out of forks, this was not toward the end of breakfast when they were no longer topping up, this was about 30 minutes in. Felt like it was very understaffed.

The rooms were spacious, modern and full of natural light. A full kitchen is a nice addition. Access to the hotel was limited to guests after hours. The breakfast is fantastic - great selection with a make your own pulled pork tortilla bar. Walking distance from the saddledome and rodeo grounds.
The room layout could be slightly improved by having the TV more viewable from the bed. The LRT runs right outside, so there is some noise at night. The houseless community is quite dense in the area but the hotel does a good job managing access - no fault of the hotel.

It is a nice room, very clean, there is a pool and a hot tub that were also very clean and pleasant.
The location isn't great, you're surrounded with homeless people. The staff was friendly except for one guy. We had an early flight so we wanted to get breakfast quickly and then leave to the airport. We sat in the breakfast room a few minutes before 7, with some other guests as well and the waiter was super mad and unfriendly that we were there. He was really rude while we waited for our breakfast.

The bed was and pillows were very good.
The fitted sheet on the bed wasn’t large enough. During the night it came off so we were sleeping directly on the mattress. I guess this happens to everyone

The breakfast was super good and i liked the small Kitchen setup, it allowed me to make instant meals for my 1 year old daughter.
