Proximity to airport, attractions, the suite was great as we could shop nearby at a supermarket for food and take back to the hotel. The suite was a good layout and a great base for our trips out.
There was a lack of hot water in the shower. The temperature of the water in the pool and the jacuzzi type pool were extreme temperatures. One too cold and the other so hot it was like getting in a bath that is too hot and having to jump out. Drugs / homelessness is more of an issue than I thought it would be. Some interesting people/ sounds and actions witnessed from our hotel window and on our travels.

The location and the staff were great! The included breakfast was one of the best I have ever had
We booked our room for 4 people knowing it was going to be a sofa bed as the second bed but upon arrival we didn’t have enough pillows to accomodate 4 people and we had to make the bed ourselves

The room was clean. The property has a grilling station. Pool area was warm. The staff is nice and friendly. Very accommodating. The only thing is the surrounding since it’s in downtown, we feel not safe. A lot of homeless people.

The faculty is not bad and near the train station ...the staff is mostly friendly
The rate is exaggerated and is not really value for money ... The breakfast is very poor ..for $500 per night there should have been at least water provided daily like in all hotels ....

The property had laundry facilities for residents use which was why we booked a Homewood Suites. It is adjoined to a Hilton Garden where we were able to use their restaurant when ours was not open.

It seems that courtyard is no longer offering the buffet breakfast, which is a shame really.

A very comfortable place to stay with access to everything. Central location was great and with access to the shopping center adjacent - we had lost a bag and needed to replace clothes etc.
Great information and responsiveness from staff.
The breakfast room and availability was excellent, especailly when we had a very early start to catch transport to our next destination.
A very relaxed and reliable service.
