Air con was really noisy. The breakfast was awful, nowhere to sit and very poor selection. The breakfast area itself was in the main reception and of course every time someone went out you got blasted with freezing cold air.

Location was good, friendly staff, nice bar, good rooms.
Breakfast that is included in the room fee is quite poor. Meals were cold, not enough glasses neither cups for our coffee (only the paper cups were available).

The location is great. It's within walking distance to the many restaurants and Scotiabank Saddledome Arena. The employees are very friendly. Only takes about 10 minutes walking to meeting point where tour bus picks you up. You don't need to drive around. A lot of the tours pick up point is from the Calgary Tower or near Hyatt Hotel. The breakfast provided are decent. A lot of options to pick from. The room is clean and upgraded.
Which they do more refill for milk and creamer next to the coffee station.

Staff is excellent, very welcoming. Breakfast was great. Everything was clean. The location was ideal with a grocery within walking distance. Tim Horton's next door.
I choose this place to be close to the hockey arena. Not being from there, I didn't know there is a Salvation Army center on the same block and there were a lot of homeless. A few were aggressive which made me uncomfortable, especially after dark. Looks like they keep the front door locked due to the problem so you always need your room key. It's also on a train track so the room felt like it was back stage of a concert. Most of the rooms face the train tracks so it's constant noise and vibration. There are no privacy curtains in the bedrooms so you can't nap or sleep late. The tv didn't really angle towards the bed and the sofa was awful. There wasn't a comfortable way to watch tv.

Breakfast was well set up, parking was easy, perfect distance to walk to the saddledome and downtown area. The room was clean and comfortable and beautiful.

Was good and staffs at front desks are very nice, breakfast was ok, wish coffee will be hot and fresh, and has bacon or sausage or better way of eggs cooking, as eggs were aweful.
