Very Poor
We had construction right above us. We travelled to Calgary for a flight and at 7:30 it felt like they were throwing bowling balls. We brought it to the desk and they said they couldn’t do anything because of the way we booked.
The whole trip was taken over by being woken at 7:30 after a very, very late night of travel.

The restaurant downstairs was quite good. And the front desk staff was friendly enough.
There is very limited amenities around the hotel which made it quite frustrating as the room we had chosen was advertised as a “kitchenette”but there was no cutlery, glasses, plates or bowls. The effort that went into cleaning the suite before our arrival was minimal. There were handprints and smudges all over the sliding doors and a splatter of some food as well. They have a pump lotion and hand soap and it seems as though they were watering down the lotion as it came out in clumps and looked like rotten milk.

Comfortable bed, close to airport.
When we booked the hotel we made sure to call ahead and as if the shuttle was an option and were told no, but that we could get a taxi voucher. Perfect, except when we called the hotel from the airport, they questioned us on this and I had to push for them to supply us the ride for myself, my toddler and my mom. Upon arrival I wouldn’t say the initial greeting was great, but one staff member was super sweet with my son.
Breakfast was not free and in my opinion, not really worth the price. But we stayed to eat rather than attempt to eat at the airport. The staff at the front desk really aren’t great with their customer service and at one point were insisting we pay for our 1 year old at breakfast full price. (He eats a few bites at most). Luckily the server disagreed and didn’t charge us. Overall between that and the breakfast charge, we likely will not return to this hotel.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Has some typical wear and tear but was well equipped. There was a section of rug that was wet just off the tile so we called down to front desk to let them know. We were offered to change room but declined as super tired - just wanted them to know it was not from us. Front desk apologized which was nice. Room was fairly quiet and cool for us sleeping. Would go back and book again for sure. Parking was plentiful and had nice lighting.

Disappointing
The location is excellent and convenient
There was no basic amenities especially not even a water fountain or pitcher of water. You have to go into the restaurant to get water which we found difficult when we go there late at night and the restaurant was closed. Also the towels in the pool were not available when needed.

The room was clean and roomy
Our room price was $100 more than our sons. Yes, we did have a king bed and a sofa bed (he had 2 queens) but I feel that did not justify a $100 price difference. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for bedding, we were told they were "sold out". They did offer sheets for the beds. Eventually, they did come with a blanket for the bed but no pillows were provided. A manager was supposed to contact us but we have never heard from him.

Hotel was clean and rooms were very neat and organized. Room service was great.
I like everything but my next comment would help even better. we booked for a room of 4 so i wish they had stocked towels and other items that would be sufficient for 4 people, i have to call and ask for it. But the service was very fast no complaints.
