The location was awesome and the restaurant was a 10/10.
I had reserved and paid for a king room suite and they gave me a room with two Queen beds. I complained twice and nothing was done and no follow up.

I didn't eat breakfast there. The staff were excellant. They were very courteous, they smiled and they answered my questions even though I had an early flight into Calgary and arrived at the hotel around 10:00 AM. To add to their frustration, their system was down.
I can honestly say there was nothing that could have been better. I was extremely pleased with my three day stay at your hotel. The ladies at the front desk and the cleaning ladies I met in the halls, had a smile and greeted with a good morning or good afternoon.
