Its located in a great spot for me, down where I need to be but not too far from the airport.
They could always improve pricing.
A bit heavy.

It was a good location and the restaurant was nice for a date supper. Relatively clean. Nothing to overly complain about but it could have been cleaner.
The pull out bed was so uncomfortable my kid said they'd rather sleep on the floor. Pool was just ok. Nothing to write home about. Though breakfast was fine, we were on a tight schedule and got there at 6:45am (they open at 6:30am) and even with only a few others there, we didn't even get our food for an hour - and they forgot some of it. It was worth the extra $10 but the service/timing was unacceptable.

Hotel feels new and modern. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Very comfortable rooms. Good location.

The water amenities were great, we enjoyed and made full use of the waterslide, pool and hot tub. Rooms were exceptionally clean, especially the couch with the pull out bed and bathroom. My kids raved about our stay and asked to return again.
Breakfast took a long time to be served, however it was hot, fresh and came as described.

The girl at the reception spoke excellent English and Ukrainian. She explained everything clearly. The restaurant was amazing.
The room was noisy. The sound of rain was very audible, although the windows were closed.

Location to shopping and restaurants. Underground parking plus. Nice decor. Room nice.
Pool was COLD. And a bit small. Railing was broken off. Restaurant in house had good food and staff very pleasant but very very slow. Dinner was over an hour and only maybe 6-8 tables of people. Servings small. Kids pizza was literally the size of a compact disc. Price not reflective of that.
