Very Good
The room was nice and big, really clean, and the bed was huge. Room was well lit, the floor was quiet, the staff were super helpful, and the location was in a good spot.
Breakfast isn't great as there are not many options. While my room key deactivated a few times, staff were super helpful to get it resolved.

Front desk staff were excellent! Breakfast was nice, and the hours were good. Liked the room linens. Close to Co-op for fresh food.

nothing, the staff were very disrespectful even though I’ve stayed at the hotel multiple times before they charged me extra for simple things like towels being dirty, also I booked the property in advance on my phone and when I got there they told me they are fully booked and can’t accommodate me and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and still charged me the full $260 and I had to stay at a different hotel. The management wasn’t even apologetic about the situation they were actually rude about and blamed it on me. terrible staff.
the last time I was staying at the hotel before I had the issue with them charging me and I didn’t even stay since they said the were fully booked because they just gave out my room, anyways house keeping walked into my room at 10:45 am and check out wasn’t even until 11 am and with no notice just walked in.

The room was decent — clean and functional, though a bit smaller than expected. The bed was comfortable, but the decor felt a little dated.
The breakfast was okay. There were a few options like toast, eggs, and cereal, but nothing particularly special. It did the job for a quick start to the day.
The location was convenient, close to public transport and a few restaurants. It wasn’t in the most scenic part of town, but it was practical for getting around.
