It was very clean
We had a huge room with a small chair and the queen size bed seemed so small. So much space for no reason. There was only Dove toiletries and were very scented so I couldn’t use them. There was a push style sink that flowed for maybe 10 seconds and you had to keep pushing it to keep the water going. No temperature control on the water in the bathroom either. The TV had basic channels and no working guide. The heater/AC in the room was so loud.
All of this and I ended up paying twice as much because no one would help me when I made a mistake and double booked for the same night. I had been trying to fix this problem for 5 days before my stay, and when I talked to the front desk to check in and mentioned I was double booked they said there was a 24 hour cancellation policy. The manager at this location was extremely rude to me. I will never stay at this location again.

Runs out of towels and won’t replenish until the next day (both in room and in pool area). Rm 122 - shower was pressurized, uncomfortable especially with children during shower. Fitness room closed. Buffet runs out of foods, coffee and takes time to replenish.

Great staffs.great food.
Washroom not clean, bath towels with a couple of hair strands, we are given used roll tissue paper, I told the front desk about it. Instead of cleaning, they gave 1 roll of tissue paper and 1 bath towel only..other than that, room is clean, food is great. Front desk people are nice.

Initially at check in I was told that a late check out is only offered to members which initially surprised me but it was finally extended to us. Casey was great to work with at check out.

Disappointing
Body lotion was filled with body wash, and they never fixed it. Instead they gave us lotion on a coffee cup, never seen anything like that before. There wasn't enough of towels, wash cloths etc.. we had to ask for everything, the worst Holliday inn suits i have ever stayed

Decent rooms and pool and breakfast
They kept my security deposit claiming I took towels. Between the pool and placing our towels outside the door when we declined room service. I didn’t take ur nasty towels. That’s like taking a hospital towel. No thank you. I’m a full time nurse who don’t need your towels but thanks for keeping my 250$. :/

Unfortunately, I missed the breakfast. It ended at 9.30am MT, I was hoping it would have went until 10.00am before shutting down.
I didn't like that there were many streaming channels listed on my tv but due to NO INTERNET CONNECTION, none of them were available. I called up the desk person on the first evening (23 Dec 2025), and they said it didn't work. Pressed a few buttons on the remote and repeated that it didn't work and I'd have to watch regular tv.

The man Ivan doing the overnight shift was very condescending and made us feel like we were an inconvenience when we bought 2 drinks when we got back around 10/10:30. Other than him the staff were fantastic

The hotel surpassed my expectations in it's friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, the upgrade to a suite was fantastic! Unfortunately I was not able to have breakfast (EARLY morning appointment), but look forward to it this time. I've rebooked already and look forward to my next stay over the Christmas holidays!
The tv in the living room had a short and we had to get someone to come up and fix that. Other than that, everything was VERY GOOD!

Free breakfast buffet, with hot and cold options was nice. Room was very quiet, spacious and clean. For the price this was a really good deal.
When we were checking in, the on-duty staff member followed my 13 year old grandson into the mens tiolet. Not sure what this was all about but it upset my grandson.
