The bed was comfortable. Great shower. Couldn’t ask for more. Booked this hotel for the location and the amenities… pool, hot tub, free hot breakfast and free parking. Will definitely book it again.

Nothing. The front store was empty. No tv’s in the entire hotel was were working. Breakfast was garbage
They charged me a $20 fee for a dirty face towel. My son had a baseball game and had shale on himself. He used a face towel in the shower. Not sure why they can’t just was it. Never will I stay at a holiday inn again.

Location suited our purpose.
room window shade kept out most light.
breakfast buffet was well stocked with sufficient choices- very good but also as you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express.
no smart TV and cable package was basic.
1 elevator not working. only working elevator was slow and door did not slide closed without dragging on floor. it needs repair and alignment.
hot tub was COLD. pool towels are tiny.

The entire hotel is well laid out, clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was surprisingly large. Like the rest of the property, our room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable.
The coffee maker in our room didn't work.

All of the staff was so wonderful ! I have not stayed somewhere with such nice and helpful staff in a long time . Pool and hot tub were very clean
It was very cramped. Not enough seating for breakfast , not enough parking my room was so covered in dust my son put his hand print on the wall. The pull out couch was so thin I couldn’t sleep as springs were coming through it. Ice machine on second floor was broken .

The room was big and the breakfast was okay
The room was poorly outfitted…one remote to share between two tv’s only one garbage can, the shower sprayed all over and the curtain couldn’t contain it, more towels would have been nice.
The pool was ridiculously busy and the chlorine was really strong. The jets on the hot tub weren’t great, they just stirred up the water and made it cloudy.
