Air conditioner was extremely loud and rattling and the day we left we could hear dripping and there was a wet spot on the carpet under the air conditioner

I met a man at the reception and he treated me so bad that he downgraded my booking from king bed to queen without any compensation atall. He asked I could leave the hotel if I didn't want the queen.

The beds were comfortable. The family suite size was more than adequate for our needs. The location was central to our shopping desires. Staff were pleasant and quick to help. Renovations were in progress so costumer service was quick to acknowledge that wed have hallways blocked off. Breakfast was included.

Location, swimming pool, generally tidy.
Having to request the water be turned on for the water slide AFTER my child went down and had plastic burn on her legs from the trip down.
