Offered to change to another room but we were already unpacked with a 6 year old who was very sad no tv ..

Breakfast was good, many choices, nice setup, good seating.
Good that there was refillable soap and lotion dispensers in room, good supply of face and hand towels.
Comfortable bed.
Enjoyed the pool with family, family washroom was good to have off pool deck.
breakfast food could have been hotter, toaster was not working well.
Elevator floor was dirty.
Hot tub out of order, would have been nice after swim.

The hotel was ok
I am so pissed off at the booking.com and the hotel, as they both took deposits and left us with no money to do the things we came to do. And couldnt cancel or we lose money. i will never use the app or stay at another holiday express!!!!

Location is good - easy access to MacLeod Trail. Breakfast was very good. There is enough seating available. Room was excellent - wasn't expecting such a large room. Loved the walk in shower as I am disabled. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C was great
Only thing I would say is that you need more handicapped parking. Two is not enough

Very clean and the rooms were very spacious
The door handle into the room was very hard to open.
Our tub did not drain so no one else could shower Saturday Evening. They said maintenance would come in the morning but no one did
Advised on check out as well
Very disappointing
The breakfast was good however the muffins tasted moldy and eggs were cold
