The staff was excellent. Grant the front desk clerk took time in looking up the metro schedule for me and assisted in my next days transport to Banff. It meant a lot to me having so little experience with technology. He was understanding, professional and helpful. Thanks to your team so appreciated their attention to providing excellent service . This was the cheapest hotel I was able to book during the Calgary Stampede week, so I should not be complaining.
Seemed a little 'tired'. Could do with a bit of modernisation

Location is good, it was clean enough no bugs or questionable things, the beds were comfy.
It's extremely dated you can tell new things haven't been bought in years. It's very mid and no breakfast is very sad. My tub drain got stuck closed when I had a bath. So no morning shower as noone could get it back open. Pretty expensive for what it was. This should be a $70-85 night hotel max
