It was fine for the price. The location was great for the Stampede. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Nice coffee and coffee machine. Nice friendly and helpful staff.
Very dated in need of a complete update, giving it a slightly dismal feel. No soap or shower gel in the bathroom, no kettle for tea - coffee only. No milk. Someone else's supper had been left in the fridge. Swimming pool and restaurant closed.

I went to Amenida residences with my family 2 kids and my wife.first when I went there front desk girl were not welcoming and when I entered the room I saw blood stains on bed sheet on walls.there is mild.I saw cockroaches running out of sink.I have pictures of all these.room was very smoky.I went to front desk to tell about this and ask for refund she directly told she can’t do anything.

The location was accessible from the airport and next to a nice trail to run on.
Not many amenities, the "fitness room" was really weird and also very hot. The front desk staff seemed to not have any items for guests, for example, we asked for an extra trash bag and they had nothing.

There was a mix up with the room with only a double bed in the room despite booking a twin room. The staff were quickly able to provide us with another room that meet our needs. Our other interaction with the staff was also positive - helpful and friendly
Rooms were clean and the beds comfy.
The location near the 39 Street C Train stop was super convenient and a significant reason for choosing the hotel. It wasn't in the downtown but it was easily accessed.
There were a number of ice machines that were out of order which wasn't convenient.
And the table in the room was in need of repair - it rocked badly.

Was allocated a room then told to move because there was no TV in the room allocated.
Had to ask for the new room to be vacuumed.
Shower head wasn’t functioning properly so only got half a shower
