Perfect location when using public transport. C-Train station within 2 minutes walk. Bustop for line 10 directly in front of the Hotel. Going to Calgary Stampede or Heritage Park very fast and easy! Good McDonald within 5 minute walk for getting breakfast. You can store your baggage even after checkout.
The staff seemed to be new and a little bit unexperienced. They tried hard and were very friendly but we had to tell them e.g. to give us missing towels, fill up the coffee or to actually lock the door after cleaning. All "problems" were solved immediately.

It was dirty, rarely had room cleaning, a/c did not work, ice machines not working, no amenities, staff didnt seem to care, gym was not maintained.

The location.
We didn’t have towels. We couldn’t get ahold of the front desk. They did not have a wine opener. The air conditioner was vented out the window and taped with duct tape. We called numerous times to get it fixed as it was blowing hot air in the room. Finally someone came and duct taped it better but it kept falling off. We had to call the front desk from our cell phone cause they were answering the room phone.

Great location, you can walk through the door at the back of the parking lot to get to 39 Ave SE C train station. Relatively clean sheets. Very friendly and helpful staff.
VERY out dated rooms, dirty carpet, very soft bed that squeaks as soon as you turn, loud AC (yes they are working), and "should have been upgraded" plumbing facilities.

Extremely bad part of Calgary, homeless everywhere, drug Addicts inside and outside the lobby. I paid for the night and did not stay, couldn’t wait to get out of there, Calgary city police were there evicting a homeless person and said you do not want to stay here or for that matter anywhere near here, you’re vehicle won’t be safe.
