Nothing stood out. We were hoping for a clean, comfortable stay and it didn’t meet even the most basic expectations.
The AC didn’t work from the moment we checked in, the thermostat displayed an error code. The room is extremely worn and poorly maintained. The bathtub is dirty and peeling, the vent is broken and dusty, the ceiling is damaged, and the furniture is chipped and scratched. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room.
We reported everything to the front desk. They said housekeeping could spray air freshener and that maintenance would be sent. Maintenance eventually came, reset the AC and fixed the TV, but within two minutes of leaving, the AC shut off again with the same error code. When I called back, I was told they would bring a fan. I mentioned there were only two working outlets in the room (already used to charge our phones), and only then did they say they’d bring an extension cord.
There was no offer to move us, no real apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff.

This hotel is in a state of disrepair. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, the sink & bathtub did not drain, the curtains were torn, the sheets felt like sandpaper, numerous out of order signs hung throughout the property. The air ducts are filthy - do not appear to have been cleaned in years.

The location. The bed was comfortable
Everything I was asking about I was told there's a fee. A fee for checking in early, a fee for a pen and paper, a fee for a 30 minute late check out. Everything was a money Grab! My gas was stolen from my car, I didn't dare inform staff, because they wouldn't care.

Clean and quite
The hotel is nice however we got a room where the ac was broken and when we got into the room it was humid and hot . After staying there for 5/15 minutes i got into heat stroke due to the humid and hot. My sisters were there to take care of me immediately to dr. When we complained about the ac , someone came to fix it twice while i was already in bed and sick. Finally they decided to change the room after 12am . We checked in around 10pm. I was still sick and was unable to move . In the morning when j mentioned that to another receptionist and asked if i may stay for extra 1 or 2hrs as i am still feeling sick and unable to go somewhere else as my flight is af 3pm . I offered to pay the extra fee . But they literally declined saying since now the ac is working so wr are not doing anything for that. But what about the fact that i was unwell because of that room temperature. Of course therre were no intercom to call them right away so we had to wait for our phones to be charged to call them directly and by that time i went into heat stroke. And There was no breakfast option even to purchase which led me to go somewhere else with this physical condition

## Disappointing Stay at [Hotel Name]
1. *Poor Room Cleanliness*: The room was not cleaned properly, and the bed sheets were stained.
2. Bad architecture: reception is on 3rd floor and 1st floor is consider as basement.
3. *Rude Staff*: The front desk staff seemed uninterested in helping and were unfriendly.
4. *Outdated Rooms and amenities*: The washroom and rooms areas looked old and poorly maintained.
5. *Noise Issues*: the soundproofing was inadequate and whole night i was easily able to listen what my adjacent room talks.
6. *Overpriced*: Considering the services and amenities, the room rate was too high.
7. *Lack of Apologies*: When I complained, the management didn't seem to take responsibility or offer a solution.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.
