The Renovated room was greatly appreciated. Very clean room. Thank you.
We were unable to leave our car while we flew on a short trip. One elevator did not work before we left and still was out of service upon our return.

The location was good and staff were helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable. I like the option to have receipt emailed.
The room was too hot, even when we adjusted the thermostat several times it kept increasing so it made it hard to sleep.
There should be a hook in the bathroom for your bath towel and/or clothing.
I shouldn't have to download an app if I want to check out but it was quick at the front desk.

Clean room and environment, kitchen was a top notch, environmental worker/ staff are always onetime and helpful.. quick response to request., the receptions ladies were so nice and friendly.
I could not figure out something i didn't like, other than one elevator was shutdown cause delay to move around when in need of usage. I believed it was going through a fix or been worked on.

I liked the rooms, they're very clean and comfortable.
the sound proofing was done poorly. Everytime the next room people comes and goes out of their room, we can hear their door open. It feels like as if they're opening our door with how loud/noticeable it is.
