Room wasn’t as clean or in proper working order as the previous room we were in 2 weeks prior.
Bathroom sink and tub drains need repair.

Rooms spotless and very well kept by cleaning staff.

Excellent location for access to anyplace we wanted to go. Our little dog passed during our stay and the staff was very consoling. Excellent staff and would highly recommend. It is our go to hotel in Calgary

Almost everything.
Upon entering, the smell was very pleasant, warm & inviting.
As was the atmosphere.
The young lady at the front desk was awesome. Beautiful, polite & helpful.
The pool (although cold) & hot tub (although to hot) were amazing & the extra towels were greatly appreciated.
The doorways were not wide enough for my wheelchair, the room was so cramped with furniture that I couldn't even turn around in my wheelchair, the beds were to high, toilet was very low

The beds were excellent, and it was clean, we have a big room with 2 queen size bed, with a good price

Elevator is not working, staff didn’t inform until we reach the hotel. They gave room in 4th floor which is not convenient. Breakfast is not included which is not value for money.

The bathroom was a bit messy. the shower walls are in a desperate need of a scrub.. we also found a board game in our room that didn’t belong to us..

lots of parking, great value and location.
Only 1 out of the 2 elevators were working, created a bottleneck in the morning with hotel guests and staffs needing to using the elevator.

The airport shuttle was very efficient - although it's not right at the hotel, the shuttle service made it OK, the breakfast was good, the pool and hot tub (indoor) were very nice. The room and bed were comfortable.
My room overlooked the inside of the parking garage! I believe this was punishment for not booking directly with the hotel. But, when I mentioned it the next day, they did apologize and gave me a late checkout and a breakfast voucher.
