Almost everything
The extremely noisy aircon/heater which despite taking it up with reception cannot be turned off. It starts up very frequently all through the night and wakes you up every time.
Lots of other guests complaining about this. I would NOT stay here again unless this problem is fixed.

Room blinds didn't close, housekeeping banging on the door at 830am for some reason, fire alarm went off while showering.
