The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.
Drinks and snacks were tourist priced ($3.50 for a 75 cent granola bar?) No beer available for purchase within walking distance on the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for us as we were picking up bikes from Harley Davidson which is right next door. We walked across the road to Mosley restaurant, we went maybe 4 times and everytime the meals were amazing. Hotel restaurant staff were average, not 1 smile and they seemed unhappy but the hotel receptionist staff were all lovely and welcoming.
A little pricey but not unreasonable. Be careful when booking as there was a group of us and 1 member accidentally booked the Hilton garden inn but not the Airport one on Pegasus Road, apparently they are not the same company and so he had to Uber across town to the other one. Disappointing as we hoped they could change the booking so we could all stay together. Easy mistake to make , 2 x Hilton Garden Inn in Calgary.

Close to airport. They got us an Uber since it was too late for their shuttle. Staff was good in helping with questions about City. Staff was friendly.
No stairs except to outside, had to wait forever for elevator from 2d floor. We were put in adjoining room with family on other side up until 1 am being very noisy. Carpet was drenched by air conditioner, got clothing wet I placed there. For the high price I would have expected better. They wouldn't provide any partial refund. Only recourse was to join Hilton and get points. Disappointed in their remedy.

It was clean and conveniently located
Our flight was delayed and I repeatedly phoned to tell reception. No one answered.
We tried to phone to get the airport shuttle after a very long flight. Again, no one answered the phone. When we arrived we were told that it is complementary and no help was offered for the taxi fare.
We arrived at 10am for breakfast and although they were serving others we were told that the time was not negotiable.
These people are meant to be in the hospitality industry. A little kindness and communication would have been good.

Acceptable airport hotel. A little pricey and too far from airport without adequate guidance (map) to get to termianl.
I had BBQ ribs for dinner. Probably the worst ribs I have ever had; they were burnt to a crisp.

The hotel was clean, bed was very comfortable, and staff was friendly. The 24hour airport shuttle and long term parking were awesome. Sadly, the HVAC wasn't working and the window barely opens so the room was so HOT, by morning it was 80° in it, it was so uncomfortable and hard to sleep, even after an 18 hour travel day. If the ac has worked, I would have given a 10 out of 10 review.
No air conditioning, the room was so incredibly hot.

The shuttle driver’s (an older gentleman) persistent joking about the hotel ‘s location not being in Calgary caused considerable stress and anxiety in my shuttle mates from abroad who took him seriously despite my attempts to convince them otherwise. Not a good look for the hotel.
