The breakfast was great. Meeting new people. The location was excellent.
The cleanliness of the rooms. Felt unsafe leaving mobile to charge away from me during the night. Pools of water in the bathroom. Difficulty hanging up clothing in bathroom. Showering not too private.

Free Breakfast was great. Staff are super friendly. Facilities are good and well maintained and clean.
Not too much happening around and there's no free parking. Though it's a decent hostel but the price I could have stay at the other hostel for 2 nights.

It is a very clean and quiet hostel, well looked after. The staff were lovely and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and overall I had a really good stay. The location is close to cafes, restaurants and the train. I would highly recommend staying here or using ‘bounce’ to store luggage. I’ll certainly be back in the future

The location, the price
That beds squeak extremely loudly every time you move an inch. Every time you wanna adjust in bed you wake up the whole room. The same applies for the other people in a room. Super uncomfortable, could not sleep at all.

I liked the ease of check in and check out. Hassan in particular was lovely to interact with. The hostel was clean, had lots of great amenities and the mattress was comfy.

very clean, nice outdoor area, close to shops
beds were so so uncomfortable and no attempts at privacy for the bunks. no power points or lighting for the bunks, had to charge my phone across the other side of the room or in the common area. felt really unsafe in the surrounding area also, obviously not the hostel's fault but would have been a nice thing to know before

the place is full of creeps as a backpacker i met numerous people that made myself and other uncomfortable also i have clothes stolen in the hostel from my room and the staff and manager did nothing to help treated like cattle in there its got the most weird vibe in a hostel i have ever stayed i would never stay again i hope the other hostel opens in calgary soon as this place is just weird. no real international backpacker feel and the place is way over priced for a hostel but as soon as the wicked hostel closed the jacked their prices up which they should be ashamed of for charging the prices they do !! the atmosphere is terrible very uncomfortable. twice there were girls complained of foreign me approaching them inappropriately asking for sex!! local junkies staying in the hostel i was asked by multiple indians and black guys do i want drugs fentanal, cocaine or weed. i would never book this place again and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone as this is a hostel that charging hotel prices.

Easy access to the city, safe, clean, staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely coming back in the future and highly recommend.
Having to ask for a towel, should be easily accessible in the washrooms I think.

Good kitchen with lots of things provided, quiet room to read, nice garden area
Train track next to the room you can hear, slow wifi, bed could be better, generally for the high price it could be a bit nicer
