Good common area. Front desk is very responsive and available 24 hours (I think) Front Desk staff, (I forgot to ask their name, was very helpful throughout the stay)
Wish that beds had curtains or some sort of privacy, I know its a lot to ask from a hostel, but in a mixed dorm room, it’d be a really good idea to have some privacy.

The place is good and accessible to the place where u want to go.
Honestly speaking the sacket if you want to charge u have to go down the the double deck ..
I hope next time put a sacket in different bed..
Because I stay in 4 person and I’m in the upper deck .
I charge but I need to go down to check ..
They should put separate sacket in every deck.

I really liked the pool table room, also how the laundry room was right down the hallway. It was comfortable and I had my own private bathroom with a shower.

Location is very strategic and accessible. The staffs were very courteous and knowledgeable. They're always willing to answer your questions and guide you on a cheaper way to access the town. The washroom is always kept clean. The cleanliness of the place is highly recommendable to all intending guests.

It’s a great value place to stay, really convenient location just in the middle of the city. If you are considering going to a Banff tour trip they have pick up locations with 10 mins walking. Overall great experience, I stayed there in April and coming back June, that can pretty much sup up my experience with this place.
No huge concerns overall, but shower area was not always the cleanest, which I understand is hard to keep up with so many people staying there. I also find it interesting that you need to leave your ID card on the reception in order to get a blow dried, not sure if this is a common experience for such item to be stolen.

Excellent value for Calgary, breakfast was plentiful. Good location with transport links close by. Good mix of residents and good vibe.
Bedroom was extremely warm and impossible to air. Would be a plus in the winter
