Don’t be shocked by the outside. Lots of construction. Parking garage couldn’t accommodate high profile vehicles . Hair between sheets , nail clipping on the carpet. Needs maintained inside rooms

The hotel is incredibly under renovations. The pool room was closed and unavailable.
The location of this hotel is really not near anything, and there's no restaurant or bar in the hotel, and not much in walking distance

Check in process was a breeze. We were given an adjoining room which was very nice for the children. The room was overall nice, clean and updated. Bed is comfortable we had really good nights of sleep. Thermostat was easy to fiddle with. Great selection for breakfast. Parkade was a convenience and a security feature that we liked. Close to downtown.
It's a quaint hotel but the rooms are updated. The pool was under renovation. Although we were allowed to use the neighboring hotel's pool, it was packed. View from room was not pleasant. The Ice machine on our floor was not working.
