Very Poor
Pedestrian hellhole, the hotel is wedged between the highway and the C-train. One of the hotels next door is maybe a drug den? Lots of nefarious stuff happening in the parking lot at night. Not safe to walk around after dark.

Good breakfast, comfy bed, helpful staff, quick response to any questions.
We were warned, but the white plastic cover over all the windows was depressing, especially since the weather was not cooperating.

Room and beds comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast buffet was very good. excellent location near lrt to access downtown and stadium for hockey game. The bluescan blues club is within walking distance
Renovations going on which were not very disruptive to my stay, just had to go to adjacent hotel to use pool and hottub

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was very accommodating.
Despite renovations going on in the hotel, it was very clean and non-disruptive.
There was a good selection for breakfast.
The carpet in the halls needed to be re-tacked down.
