Good
Room was clean & spacious.
Thought price was on the high side and HVAC unit kicked in and out throughout night.

Poor
The restaurant was so noisy we were unable to converse across the table, so we left, before ordering.
Snack popcorn and lime water at the front desk was great.
The quality of the building was very high.
We were charged a $100 per night damage deposit on our credit card and it was not removed until 5 days after we left. The room was unavailable for s second night so I was not able to attend the graduation ceremonies at the Event Centre because I had to move from one room to another for a second night. We were charged $300 damage deposits for two nights stay.
In room snacks were priced at $4 each even though that was for bottled water, chips, sods drinks and chocolate bars. The sodas should have been refrigerated.
The throw blanket at the foot of the bed had a note on it that it could be purchased for $250.
THE IMPRESSION CONVEYED WAS A LACK OF RESPECT AND TRUST FOR CLIENTS.
The ice machines were not on either the third or fifth floors. We were not told that you needed a room key card to operate the elevator. No signs were posted to that effect, but we were informed by other guests.
There were too few handicapped parking spaces, and they were not the width required by Code..
Toilet lid in the first room, maybe 320 , would not stay vertical without being held, making urinating awkward.

Very Good
Lovely and clean with spacious rooms
Restaurant closed at 9pm, so couldn’t have dinner. Thankfully the Casino next door was still open

Wonderful
Clean and laid out great
Still under road construction
Could use a magnified mirror mounted on the wall in the bathroom to help with makeup application.
For room service they add delivery charge and gratuity charge to the bill but when you sign to bill it to Your room there is a place to add tip and change the total which makes no good sense

Pleasant
The outdoor hot tub lovely, rooms and modern spacious and clean, little chief restaurant very very good
Pointless attempt at a gym, a hotel of this size could do way better
Casino - no poker unless Thursday-Sunday
On check in, hot water broken, wasn’t informed prior to check in, didn’t return the hot water at all that evening, manager wasn’t interested in complaint, not ideal after a 10 hour travel day, location requires a car of course, overall not great value compared to alternatives in Calgary area
