Sometimes its the big things, sometimes its the small things and rarely you find both.
Beautiful facilities, clean fresh beautiful room, and lots to do. The staff were the kindest most attentive customer service people I have seen in years. The bed was clean and so comfortable, pillows were great, they offer makeup wipes and shoe wipes, and have little mints beside your bed . Theres robes in your room and they are more sustainable with shampoo, conditioner, and body cream bottles attached to the wall that are easy to dispense. The view is breath taking and the room was so quiet.
Im sure theres more details I am forgetting to mention but I cant express how nice of a time we had. I definitely would return! Its the best hotel experience Ive had in years!!

The great staff, from the person opening the door to greet us as we entered, the reception desk were so pleasant and professional, they even supplied band aids for a cut, The room was large, very very clean and well appointed. As a bonus we had a West facing room on the 6th floor and the mountains were spectacular,
