Overall, this was a decent stay with some real highlights. The location is incredibly convenient, situated right off the highway and next to a gas station, which was perfect for our travels. There were also several great restaurants nearby, making meals very easy. The staff truly stood out, everyone was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. Considering the rates of other hotels in the area at the time, the price was very reasonable.
The only significant downside was the cleanliness of the room. While it was tidy on the surface, it was in need of a deep cleaning. We discovered a smeared substance with a peanut butter-like consistency on the wall, which had been hidden by the curtains. This was quite disappointing and suggested a lack of attention to detail from the housekeeping staff.
The only other minor point was the bed. Personally, I found the mattress to be a little too soft for a good night's sleep, though I should mention my travel partner had no complaints at all. This is clearly subjective and may not be an issue for most guests.

Property was nice but staff ignored my email request for a main floor room due mobility issues but put us on the 3rd floor where the elevator was shut down for months apparently because of parts issues.
Breakfast buffet was not manned or heated well enough and oatmeal was way too watery and lacking good fruit.
