Property was nice but staff ignored my email request for a main floor room due mobility issues but put us on the 3rd floor where the elevator was shut down for months apparently because of parts issues.
Breakfast buffet was not manned or heated well enough and oatmeal was way too watery and lacking good fruit.

Restaurant staff very friendly and welcoming to my grandson (5 yrs old). Beds were comfy. The lamb I had for dinner was perfectly prepared. Room was ready early which was great as I travelled from BC and got to check-in before I was scheduled to. Great kids meals.
Can't think of anything that was not great. Balcony gave us the ability to spend some time outside. Pool was clean and great entertainment for my great grandson and granddaughter.

Did not eat at the buffet. $14 for a standard breakfast which would be free in some other hotels.
The restaurant itself was very good.
The hotel lobby, restaurant and pool looked nice and modern. That ended as soon as you stepped on the carpet leading to the rooms. There were multiple stains. The room are in need of serious updating. The tile in the bathroom looked old and had areas of mold. For a Sheraton Four Points it was very underwhelming. It was bare bones. It certainly did not reflect the price, aside from being in a convenient local to the parks that were an hour away.

The room was fantastic - the amenities provided were excellent. They allowed me to park my motorcycle under the front entrance awning.
