Location close to Win Sport. The restaurant was excellent. The waiter accommodated our requests. Food was excellent,

The food was great. Clean hotel. Good coffee. The front desk staff at check-in was good. When Ching out the lady went over and beyond and really appreciated her service
Lack of maintenance at the pool. Customer service was an issue. I let something in my hotel room unfortunately. I did a double check if the room but with the chaos of leaving realized we had left something when unpacking when we got home. Called the hotel and the gentleman working was quite rude and unhelpful. Disappointing as my experience with the other staff was very positive
