Close to the airport
I called to confirm hot tub and pool, was told yes. Only to get there and the hotub was non functional ( called same day) and the pool was not heated! We walked past the front desk to go to the hot tub, no one said anything and there wasn’t anything posted about it not working. I booked solely because of these. Bathtub in our room didn’t hold water, so a bath was impossible at the end of a long travel day.

Was easy to get to. Clean hot tub was good. The king bed was horrible it was like sleeping on the floor. A continental breakfast would have been nice but McDonald’s and Tim Hortons were right in same parking area as the hotel so it was no big deal.

Kept clean and has underground complimentary parking. So helpful during the fall/winter season especially when travelling with kids.

It’s supposed to be a a security deposit for our 1 night stay at the hotel, I called them why they didn’t refund the full amount of $100 for the deposit and Im seeing the charge of $32.70 initially they say it’s were charged because of additional 1person-I disputed it to them, I advised them when I booked the room I put for 4 people, and that’s how many we are when we checked in and checked out-they can use their cctv to check if they want too,why charging people without their knowledge? They said they will refund it back on the same they I called them, but it’s been more than 2 weeks now and it’s showing in my creditcard, i tried calling them last week same thing they will refund me but it’s still there, I am thinking of complaining them-it’s not just the amount, it’s why they charging and accusing people and the hassle.

Was clean and quiet.
Called ahead to make sure the steam room was open and the times. Was told yes it was open until 11pm - went ahead and booked. After dinner we got changed and went to the pool area only to find out that the steam room appeared permanently closed with a padlock and a sign saying “storage”. Asked front desk and was told they would call maintenance?? Next morning at check out we asked again about the steam room and were told that the manager would call us - waited three days - never did.

The room sizes were big.
The tub had hair in it and the front desk person was not nice. It was like we were an inconvenience checking in.
