Convenient location for us. Rooms clean.
High pitched electronic ringing in the room.
Restaurant closed for renovations (that’s fair) so they send guests to the nearby sister property for breakfast (also fine) but they give every guest a card with restaurant times for the closed restaurant rather than the open one so we arrived for breakfast after it was over. Talked to 2 front desks clerks who didn’t even say sorry much less make any restitution. They were still handing these cards to new guests the next day.

Easy to locate, underground parking was free. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bright.
It seems like the facilities were not maintained, the restaurant is closed indefinitely. The hallways were kind of dark and glum. My husband commented that maybe they were planning to close the location.

Clean, fairly quiet, and comfortable. Friendly staff. The pool was nice and the spa on site is amazing
The hot tub was closed although there was use of another had I wanted to use it. Also the on site restaurant was closed and staff did not inform me of this when I booked or when I checked in

Close to the airport
I called to confirm hot tub and pool, was told yes. Only to get there and the hotub was non functional ( called same day) and the pool was not heated! We walked past the front desk to go to the hot tub, no one said anything and there wasn’t anything posted about it not working. I booked solely because of these. Bathtub in our room didn’t hold water, so a bath was impossible at the end of a long travel day.

Was easy to get to. Clean hot tub was good. The king bed was horrible it was like sleeping on the floor. A continental breakfast would have been nice but McDonald’s and Tim Hortons were right in same parking area as the hotel so it was no big deal.
