Second stay here, with 13 years between. Still just as fabulous. Great location and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Toronto. For a Fairmont it’s really good value
Two areas for improvement - firstly, the pool was really cold, like Baltic cold!
Secondly, one of the bar staff - the concierge - was pretty rude, the people on the table next to us warned us in advance and they weren’t wrong. Maybe she was having a bad day! but she stood out amongst the other staff who were polite and approachable.

We had a wonderful stay. We look forward to going back. Staff were great! Made our day extra special. We were allowed early check in. The hotel is an experience to see and stay.
Can't think of anything worth mentioning. We enjoyed our stay.

During a business trip, I stayed at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary for one night and was very happy with the overall experience. The staff at the Palliser are fantastic. The concierge was extremely helpful when I asked him to print off my plane ticket for my trip back to Europe the next day. The room service was excellent, too. The bed was also very comfortable.

I like the hotel specially the pool, my kids love it. Location is good.
There is no complimentary water. My husband was asking the car key, the bell person said that vallet park is 65$ though we are not aware of the amount and we are not informed as well. The person (kevin or given) not really sure the name said "nothing is free" of course we already aware that parking is not for free its just that the amount is too much. If we knew that it will cost like that my husband will park it by himself. Anyways, my husband already emailed the property.

The location is good and the bar area is great.
The reception is very poor.
The aircon was broken throughout the hotel and it was most uncomfortable to sleep.
Our room was very large but the bathroom was minute with nowhere to put your toiletries, even the towels were in the bedside cupboard, not user friendly at all.
Someone burst into our room without knocking in the morning, after staying there twice within a week we would not ever stay there again.

Air conditioning was broken. This is unacceptable for an organisation like yours. Clearly you are milling profits and not maintaining the hotel!
