Front desk staff were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast offerings were decent although breakfast room was packed each morning I was there and struggled to find a seat. Very pet friendly. The Beltliner restaurant below hotel was great.
Most of the time, the valets were nowhere to be found and with the exception of one young man, seemed absolutely miserable and downright rude at times. Which is frustrating when the only access to your vehicle is through the valets. I also struggled with my luggage and my dog checking in and checking out and would gladly have paid for service. Hotel did not feel very secure as most of the time there was no one at ground level where the valet desk was and the elevator did not require a key card to select any floor.

Friendly staff.
It would be nice to have more fruit available for breakfast. I stayed 2 nights, and for the first breakfast there was no fruit left. For the 2nd breakfast, there were bananas and strawberries, which I liked very much.

Location is good
Parking is a nightmare. Why in universe a 3-star hotel has valet parking. They scratched my door pretty bed and no one is responsible. This is a joke. Nowhere is mentioned that there is a valet parking. And there is nothing you can do cuz the area is super busy
