Clean, quiet and great service. We had issues with our key cards and they were so prompt and excellent about handling the problem. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, there was a good range of options every morning. Having laundry facilities was also great to have and be able to use. It was in a nice location, close to many restaurants. Close enough but still a few blocks walk to the Saddledome, CTrain and nearest Plus 15 entrance - so that's something to keep in mind. Otherwise, the surrounding area was quiet and we had no disruptions.

The front desk and parking staff were helpful and friendly for the most part.
Describing it as "Valet parking" is a bit much when you wind up parking and retrieving your vehicle most of the time. We booked and paid for "King Rooms" with King sized beds - we got Queens. I'm 6'7" and ordered a King room for a reason. On a Saturday morning breakfast ends at 10 AM. No one told us this at any point, and you only see the sign with the time for breakfast when you actually try to go in the dining room door as it's INSIDE along a side wall. We booked a pet room, were not told there was an extra charge, and then the front desk staff that night - long after checking in - tried to tell us there was an additional $100.00 charge for a pet. If that's true, is that the time to be telling a guest about it? Also, whoever designed the showers in this hotel is a twit - to turn the water on you have to either be standing where it is going to spray and take your chances of getting scalded or frozen, OR reach in with the door wide open and water spraying out to try and set it to a reasonable level of heat. The shower heads spray in every direction and it makes a real mess on the floor. Not great, and would have to have zero other choices to be back here again.

Central location. Good service. Basic but tasty breakfast, also warm dishes available like bacon, eggs, pancakes. Spacious and clean rooms. Valued Mexican restaurant in the same building.
From the outside the building seems a bit worn and it feels a bit like a basic conference hotel. So, no fancy stuff but I did not expect or required such.
