We booked this hotel because it's so convenient for us to walk to Flixbus station to Banff next morning. Very friendly receptionist and even upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was delicious too.

Breakfast was ok, the room was clean enough. The location is a bit noisy but close to downtown with lots of coffe shops and restaurants and malls.
The elevator was fualty and slow. The place was a bit noisy at midnight.

The room was very good but the personnel was EXCEPTIONAL. It was a very nice stay, very clean room located ideally in the city center. The breakfast was very good. I want to highlight the personnel, which was absolutely amazing with us. Our flight was leaving on the evening, and even though we had already checked out they stored our luggage and let us use their facilities before leaving for the airport. It was really really nice stay, I would recommend this hotel to everyone going to Calgary.

Comfortable bed, large room, good a/c, lovely helpful staff, superb breakfast (very wide selection), location ideal for bars and restaurants etc.

Breakfast was really great, good variety and plenty of food.
Staff and room was amazing. Rowdy neighbours detracted from our stay.
