We are happy to stay here. The room is very spacious and very clean. The king bed is very comfy. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good too!

The staff were not friendly. Especially the gentleman who checked us in was so unhelpful and serious. The breakfast was awful. No variety and every item was unhealthy. The location is so remote from the downtown Calgary and hot spots.

We have stayed here several times during the years. We will not ever stay here again. The room, common areas, and even the elevators were filthy. The breakfast area was dirty and the food, we didn’t eat there.

The breakfast buffet is excellent with the price that I paid ($198, traditional breakfast included).
The staff in the breakfast desk is slow. Need to improve their time management. I understand that there were lots of guest but use common sense on this part. Staff set up the table like a turtle, for example, instead for delivering it by set, staff deliver one by one.

I always try to book at this Hotel when visiting Calgary. I have yet to experience a bad experience at this location. Rooms are very spacious, beds, pillows and blankets always feel nice. You can't go wrong.

Clean, no carpet in the room..?. Breakfast so so.
Restaurant was not open, after a long day of travel we had decided to do takeout from there as we do not leave our dog alone in the hotel room. That was a disappointment..apparently new owners are taking it over? Same with breakfast..my husband and I ate separately as we weren’t allowed to eat in our room.

The stay was super nice! The breakfast that was included was actually very good, and we enjoyed it every morning before we went to work. Bed was comfy.
The only downside was that they wouldnt clean our room because I had my pets (2 cats) and I was away all day working, so was unable to get my room cleaned during my stay.

The restaurant served us raw chicken twice in a row so we didn’t return and ate elsewhere. Either than that our stay was great.
I would say that not having a water machine but an ice machine is a bit odd. I think a water machine would be beneficial for your guests.
