Arrived early, first staff member I spoke too had zero interest in helping and basically said come back at 4pm check-in. When we returned early once more another staff member checked us in early and efficiently.

The hotel refused to issue an invoice, when asked during the stay and after, even after Booking.com intervened and told them they should. This not not acceptable. When a customer asks for an invoice it must be provided, especially for a work stay.

Decent price. Very good breakfast. Bed was clean, room have decent size. we had a very pleasant stay and had a very good sleep.
Some facility was a little old but functional. Not a deal breaker.

Free breakfast.
There was a condom wrapper behind my bed, and the bed felt like it had an orgy with 300lbers it was so sunken in. The Ukrainian front desk staff took a private call mid check-in, speaking Ukrainian to the other end of the call.
