Very Good
We stayed one night after flying in from Vancouver before setting off to the Rockies. This hotel was ideal for our needs with a large carpark, quick and friendly check in. The room was bright and clean. There were a few chain type restaurants a short walk away and we had a drink in the hotel bar where the staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was standard - nice but fairly limited choice.

The room had outdated and dirty furniture, it was very noisy from some installations on the roof, and it was a wird smell. The breakfast was poor.

The dinner we had at Steels, the restaurant was very good.
We were assigned a room where the TV did not work. After someone came to check it we were moved to another room. The refrigerator and alarm clock at the new room did not work. After someone came to check it we were moved again. All of this moving took several hours so we did not get into the final room until about 9 pm. The individual who kept checking the rooms was very apologetic and said she would recommend compensation for our disruption. We make several attempts to talk to the Manager before we left and called several times to find out what credit they were going to provide. The manager still has not called us back.
